Waking up in Villafañe is waking up in a real village. With its pharmacy and its bars, its playground and the baker's van that comes by every morning — and on Fridays, the greengrocer too. A quiet life. But a life.
Ten minutes from León by motorway, but light-years from its rush. Five minutes from Puente Villarente, where you'll find a supermarket, restaurants and everything else you might need.
And just under the bridge, the Porma river: the village's hidden corner with picnic tables, a playground, fishing and a brand-new river beach freshly opened by the town hall — perfect for a cooling dip at the end of the day.
About the complex: the apartments are fully operational and the shared common areas —garden with the Buddha, courtyard with numbered pergolas, tables and benches —one for each apartment—, shared cellar, jacuzzi and POOL area— are now OPEN within usage hours. The outdoor POOL is open all year round, although it is not heated.

Each apartment arrives ready with the attention of a small boutique guesthouse. You arrive, open the door and all that is left is to rest.
When you arrive, the towels are rolled up and the coffee maker is ready. Refillable dispensers in the bathroom, washer and dryer with their detergents, paper, bin bags and everything essential already in place. And a welcome detail waiting for you at the information point. The little touch that makes a stay great.
Check-in is online, fast, no paperwork on arrival. When you walk in, the red carpet greets you, along with a welcome sign in four languages (because guests come from all over Europe), maps of León and a little gift chosen for you.
The stay begins well before you open the apartment door.
No need to wait for us or worry if your car arrives late due to traffic or you step off the last train of the night. We use electronic locks: we will send the access instructions via WhatsApp before your arrival, so you can enter and settle in at your own pace. Available from 5:00 PM.
