These clauses aim to limit the liability of the accommodation owner, Silvia Espadas Nieves, in respect of certain events or situations that may arise during the guest’s stay at Apartamentos Natur León.

1. Personal belongings

The accommodation is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal items, money or other guest belongings, either inside the apartment or in common areas. Guests are advised to keep valuables safely stored.

2. Personal injury

The guest is responsible for their own safety. The accommodation is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by misuse of facilities, failure to follow rules, or negligence by the guest or their companions.

3. Force majeure

The accommodation cannot be held liable for situations resulting from force majeure: power outages, general breakdowns, extreme weather, pandemics, governmental restrictions or other events outside the owner’s control.

4. Third-party services

No liability is assumed for the quality, availability or functioning of services provided by third parties (booking platforms, internet, transport, municipal utilities, etc.).

5. Improper use of the accommodation

Any damage caused by negligent use, vandalism or breach of internal rules shall be the guest’s responsibility and they must bear the full cost of repair or replacement. These costs will be deducted from the deposit and, if they exceed it, the difference will be claimed.

6. Children and minors

Minors must be supervised at all times by responsible adults, especially at the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor areas. The accommodation is not responsible for accidents caused by lack of supervision.

7. Common areas (pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, cellar)

Use of these areas is at the guest’s own risk. Specific rules are displayed in these areas and published in our House rules and conditions, and must be followed at all times. The premises do not provide lifeguard services.

8. Vehicles

No liability is assumed for damage, theft or loss to guest vehicles parked on the property. Parking is outdoor and free for guests.

9. Acceptance

The guest declares having read and accepted these clauses when making the booking and accessing the accommodation. These clauses may be modified by the owner to adapt to legal or operational changes. We recommend reviewing the current version at the time of booking.

📌 Contractual document These clauses are part of the booking and stay-acceptance terms. Together with the House rules and conditions, the Privacy policy and the CCTV information, they form the complete contractual framework between the guest and Apartamentos Natur León.
